Director: Thom Eberhardt

Starring: Catherine Mary Stewart, Kelli Maroney, Robert Beltran, Geoffrey Lewis, Peter Fox, Michael Bowen, Mary Woronov

Thunderbolt and Lightfoot BR CoverDistributor: Second Sight Films

BBFC Classification: 18

Director: Michael Cimino

Starring: Clint Eastwood, Jeff Bridges, Geoffrey Lewis, George Kennedy, Catherine Bach, Gary Busey

Director: Paul Bartel

Starring: Tab Hunter, Divine, Lainie Kazan, Cesar Romero, Geoffrey Lewis, Henry Silva, Courtney Gains, Gina Gallego

Directed by Paul Bartel (Death Race 2000), Lust in the Dust may at first seem like the best John Waters film that John Waters never made as it stars Waters’ regular lead Divine (Pink Flamingos) as Rosie, who has come to the desert town of Chili Verde in search of some legendary gold. Rosie isn’t the only new face in town though, as lone cowboy Abel Wood (Tab Hunter) also makes his way to the town and the scene is set for Abel, Rosie, local harlot Marguarite Ventura (Lainie Kazan) and a host of other bizarre characters to go in search of the mythical treasure.
